I have a 3 y/o Pom that I really need to take to a dog training program. She is
sweet as can be, but needs to learn at least recall and sit/stay. I have no use of my left arm, so I have to find a trainer that will let me teach her to be on my right side instead of the traditional left side. Also she has a slipped disc in her neck, so she has to be trained with her leash on a halter instead of a collar as pulling on a collar makes the disc flare up. Would any training program work with these two special needs, or will I have a hard time finding help. How do I go about finding a good affordable program that will meet my needs? -sunny |

Any experienced trainer should be able to help you. There is a woman in one
of my competition classes who cannot use her right arm and she's currently showing her dog in the Open class of competitive obedience. What city/state are you in, perhaps the listers know of a good school/club nearby. -- Kristen and Kali CDX, CGC, TDIA, TT www.kristenandkali.com "Sunni12" wrote in message ...
