The number of dogs registered per state. by PGerringer@gmail.com
A friend and I were just talking about the various diseases his new GSD can aquire. We were able to find hard numbers of stuff like rabies and heartworms in the area but have no "total" to compare it to. For example, 137 cases of rabies in an area populated by 150 dogs is a staggering number when...

Dry Skin by wendy
I have a 3 year old Chihuahua! He is in general very healthy except that the skin on his belly is a bit dry. I have tried feeding him Science Diet and now he is on Eukanuba. But his skin is still dry. Could it be the dog food that is making him dry? Is there another dog food that I should feed...

Dog food for a tiny dog by Big Phil
Our little dachshund, Trixie, finds that the Nutro Max mini-chunk food we have been giving her is too big. I don't think Nutro Max doesn't make anything smaller. Can anyone recommend a food that is good for the dog but comes in a size this little one will be able to handle?

It's about the size of a golf ball but doesn't appear to be attached to anything. I'm taking him to the vet in the morning, but I'm worried and wonder what...

A couple of weeks ago I took in a dog I found that someone had chained outside. A less than a year old minpin chihuaha mix ( I think). The dog seemed very upbeat just very thin, so I get him home and get him bathed and de-ticked, yes, he was infested with ticks. (Some people will be rude to...
