should I take my dog straight to a specialist? by
tracym@askme.net
I am pretty sure my dog has a problem with both knees. I took to a
vet in may, and the vet did not x-ray him, but said that the problem
was his knee. She gave him an injection of rimadyl and a one-week
prescription for same, and sent him home.
We stilll could not get him up the stairs, and had...

His fever is still on a roller coaster. Up and down after we immerse him in
a pool for 20 minutes. seems to keep the fever down in 101.5-102.5 for
several hours. We need to do this about every 4-5 hours. He is drinking
some, and has an appetite at his normal feeding times, but is very weak...

years old, spayed). I have worked with dogs and trimmed their nails for
groomers and rescues and vets all my life and have never seen anything quite
like it. Yes, we are going to the vet later in the week. What is...

HELP!!! I just noticed that my dog's paw is swollen. by
Edward Holub
It's not visibly noticable. You have to hold both of them to tell that one
is twice as thick as the other. I recall that he's been licking that paw
more than normal.
He's not limping at all and doesn't seem to be in pain.
Could it have been a spider bite?
Please let me know.
Thanks.
Eddie
