Hypothesis on Worming by

Hypothesis on Worming
http://www.rawlearning.com/worming.html
We are told that we should de-worm our dogs and cats regularly. In some
cases, worms can cause severe problems. Hence it appears a logical
argument that we should ensure our dogs don't contain worms at any time.
Right? Well perhaps...

Ramp instead of (house) stairs? by
Puddin' Man
Does anyone have experience with installing a ramp in-addition-to or instead-of
house stairs for a senior pooch who is having trouble negotiating stairs?
I belong to little brick bungalow in a midwest US city, built in 1954.
The ordinary access to the back yard for potty is from the kitchen:

Dog yelping in pain but can't identify why? by
Alex[_2_]
Hi,
My pup is 6 months old and has been yelping in pain for about 2 weeks.
He has visited the vet twice, had two physical exams and an x ray but
the vet has not identified anything physically wrong with the dog.
He has been taking a pain reliever and something to reduce swelling.
The pup is not...

cannot be treated. Has anybody heard of any alternative medicine that might
cure a pancreatic cancer in a dog?

Seanol for a Dog? by
Onoit
Acc. to Dr. Robert J. Rowen, Seanol, as found, say, in FibroBoost,
combats all kinds of inflammation, including arthritic.
Hs anybody tried giving Seanol to a dog, and, if so, in what quantities,
and with what results? The prescribed anti-inflammatory doesn't seem to cure
the problem.

Update on Buddy & new weird behavior by
spot
Buddy's ACL surgery went fine. It's been 3 weeks and he's like a new
dog. He now feels so well that he will actually try and pull you along
when you take him for a walk. Something he has never done in the 4
years that I've had him.
We tried not taking the Rimadyl for a day per the vet to see...

Beagle Diagnosed With Cancer, Advice? by
Shawn Hughes
I have a 12 year old male beagle (Willow) that was diagnosed with late-stage
cancer on Thursday. The Vet said that his chest X-Ray revealed that the
cancer has spread all over his lungs, and likely to other places. She
suspects the cancer originated in his liver since it was very enlarged. ...
