it stopped and his stool became solid again, however, it started again
earlier today. What could be wrong? Should we take him to the...

heartworm med by
Carolyn Deese
I also think a trip to the vet annually is important for the parvo
vaccine especially if you have very young or older dogs. We also give
heartgard year round living in NE Florida. I agree it gets a little
expensive with three large dogs but the almost 240.00 a year is worth it
not to have to feel...

Shepherd hair loss by
qwert0u
15 month Shepherd. Just finished up with mange treatment. Off the
antibotics and Ivermectin. Hair coming back well in bald spots. She
still scratches. No fleas. Problem is her undercoat is coming out in
handfuls. Top coat seems fine. We live in a hot, humid climate, but
she is an inside...

Skin Problem on a Pitbull-mix by
tgentry
I forgot to mention that right before all of this happened my upstairs
neighbor dumped a bunch of used charcoal with related bits of food and bbq
sauce in the yard which we caught her digging through. Could this cause some
sort of allergic reaction that might cause this?

Anal Gland infection/UTI medication Q by
Krishur
My black lab had an anal sac infection two months back and the vet gave
her an anti-biotic infusion (filled anal sacs with A.B. cream), I don't know
what kind--it was yellow, and oral A.B's.
A month later she was still licking a lot and still had bad breath, so I
took her back. A check of the sac...

I used cider vinegar on my old lab elbows every other day and after 6

way he lose his elbows hair.

Spaying or Puppies by
Eowyn
Howdy all - I'm new to this newsgroup and have a question. I've
recently been adopted by a German Shepherd (she wandered into our yard
and stayed) :) She's getting big quick and I know the time for
spaying will be soon, although I may want to let her breed instead as
she appears to be purebred. ...

Kennel Cough? by
seagull
My chi/terrierX has had a nasty cough for the past couple of days. He's as
lively as ever, and has a huge appetite. The vet said he has no
temperature, so it could be kennel cough or a virus. He's prescribed 2
weeks of antibiotics 'to see how it goes'.
I'm not keen on giving antibiotics unless...
