It seems most of the Havanese found in pet stores are imported from Hungary. Sure they have paperwork and all, but how trustful is the paperwork? Are the imported Havanese the same quality of the ones from local breeders? Any other concerns about adopting one that is imported? Thanks.

I have a lively 2 year old Springer Spaniel and I am having problems training him to walk on a leash, he is pulling constantly, otherwise he is fine. Does anyone have any tips to train him to walk comfortably on a leash? Also does anyone know how to remove tics? Or tips on avoiding these critters.
