Hank and Joe had a small horse farm in Wyoming (Not as OT as it might seem) by Opinicus[_4_]
Hank and Joe had a small horse farm in Wyoming. It wasn't much, but they were satisfied with their lives. Then they got the telegram from their two aunts in Indiana saying that they were coming for a visit and would stay at least a week. When the two older ladies showed up, Hank and Joe showed...

How to Introduce Yourself to a Dog by Internetado[_2_]
Dogs are the best people, so it's only natural to want to smother them with affection when you greet them for the first time. Most of them are too nice to say it, but this is actually a terrible way to introduce yourself to a dog. Here's a better way to make a good first impression. Read...

Video about Australia's most impounded dog by Blulu
Hi Everyone! Sometime in the last decade I saw - I think on PBS - a movie or video that was about dogs in Australia. It looked at various dog behaviors and was very funny. But the main feature was a wonderful dog named Fugly whose owner wouldn't shut him in the house when he went to work. Fugly...

Spayed dog - strange behavior by [email protected]
My 10 year old dog, I believe a boxer pit bull mix was spayed a week and a few days ago. I thought she was in crazy amounts of pain because she barely ate, and I had to put peanut butter on what ever it was to get her to eat the little she would. And she would pant and scream ( really loud and...

Ten weeks on and Chicco has finally begun acting like a happy young dog. Sunday the whole family (11 of us) gathered at a cousin's house for a bayram (holiday) dinner and because I still can't leave Chicco alone for extended periods of time he accompanied me. He was very well behaved, remaining in...

Spayed dog - strange behavior by [email protected]
My daughters dog was spayed 4 days ago and seemed to be having hot flashes yesterday and today is “burying” babies and whining. The vet said hormone change hasn’t happened yet and to take her for a walk. The walk seemed to help. The chewy pain pills the vet gave them the dog will not take.
