Invisible fence for small dog by
CCDOX
Does anyone have any experience, or recommendations on
an invisible fence system that can be used with a very small
dog?
I don't like the idea of "invisible" fencing, no matter what size the dog. I
know people whose dog has run through the fence to get to something interesting
on the other...

DOG with PAW problem by
Steve
For some reason my dog (a mini Dachshund) started licking his rear right paw
yesterday morning. He seems to be doing it uncontrollably, and I noticed
that one of his "toes" has become a little raw right where the nail goes
into the toe.
Clearly, I need to contact my vet to get some advice, but...

Feeling judged and worried, even after vets treatment by

We have two dogs very sensitive to flea bites. Our little lurcher looks
awful, she's been scratching to the point of drawing blood. We've done
everything we can, including take both to the vets and paying for treatment
etc etc., but ( until the hair etc grows back) the lurcher still looks like

Hi all,
I was on some other newsgroups and so on and saw this one. My dog Raleigh
has a lump on his head and I took him to the vet. She told me he has bone
cancer in his skull and has only months to live. He is an 8 year old lab.
I was shocked to say the least and am sick about it.
I had a...

Pom pulling out hair by
Jim
My 1 year old Pom has started pulling the hair out of her tail. The last
inch or two of her tail is now hairless. She does not "pull" on her hair
very often but does so with great vigor occasionally. Any thoughts? She
does not have fleas.

My 9 year old poodle was poorly this morning. He is salivating and seemed

They are worried and gave him a total anestetic. They think that he may
have swallowed something.
I am scared and worried out of my mind. They said they will keep him
overnight...

I'm considering adopting a dog from a rescue group. She has limited

anticipate it would cost twice as much? Is this surgery generally
successful? This dog is a...
