Just had my second window break,2 windows have cracked now,when the temperture goes below-20,just told that the glass in my guarenteed for life window is not under warrentee.We bought the windows from them because of the gaurentee,AT NO TIME DID THE SALESMAN STATE THAT THE GLASS WAS ONLY...

My 7 year old Dalmatian, Duchess, has a bump on the inside of her ear flap. It has been there for about 3 months. It is very tender, about 1/4in in size, and has a white hard crust on top of it. I have tried washing it with a warm soapy washcloth to get the crust off and using hydrogen peroxide...
