A rescue star by

Notes from a Rescue Dog
Once I was a lonely dog just looking for a home. I had no place to go,
no one to call my own. I wandered up and down the streets in rain, in
heat, in snow. I ate whatever I could find, I was always on the go.

John DeRosa's above comment by

Boston Terrier "Humping" by
LDRS News Glo
I wrote a few weeks ago about my problem with my new 10 month old Boston
Terrier, who is now 11 months. The problem was he was "humping" my two Pugs.
It's subsided a lot. He does, however, still try to do it to dogs at the park.
I have him on a 15 ft. lead, so I can monitor his behavior. Is there...

Pack power: The wolves of Yellowstone provide some surprising survival lessons by
Opinicus[_3_]

Don't let the grey hair fool you
Like people, wolves have found that there are benefits to be had
living in a group. Together they can more effectively take down large
prey, raise families and defend their territory. The received wisdom
is that there are also costs...

Harley and allergies--what do I ask the vet to test for? by
Nessa[_2_]
I think we have food allergies.
He was firm enough on white rice and boiled protein (with a bit of
yogurt and green beans)
I added 1/4 cup of some high quality dog food and he seemed OK
but once I upped it to 1/2 cup he's nearly liquid again (thankfully he
holds it till we go out)
He's been...
