? about ivermectin by
Janice
Does anyone here worm their dogs with ivermectin once a month instead of
heartgaurd for heartworms? Heartgaurd is ivermectin and pyrantel.
I was fostering a dog for a rescue that had mange which was treated with
ivermectin and antibiotics. I asked the vet if she needed heartgaurd
also. She told me...

Bacterial skin infection by
yukonrider
Hello,
I have a Chow-husky cross that had a bacterial skin infection (skin
turning black, a few scabs under elbows and eventually started loosing
some hair). She was treated with antibiotics for 2 weeks and improved.
Now, a few month later it has come back. It does not seem to affect my
dog very...

My 5 year old Austrialian Cattle Dog is experiencing a strange
condition and I was hoping someone can suggest what is happening to
her. For the last 2 weeks about once a day her back legs and/or feet
seem to cramp up. She walks with real high steps almost like a horse.
The front feet are sometimes...

I just got a really great tag from this site, you should check it out. The
Looney tune tag I got are brilliant and really durable and the engraving is
deep and looks like to will last for ever. Not like some of the other hard
plastic tags around.
The service is excellent...

Small limp in puppy ... is this a concern? by
Ian P
Hello all,
I have two little cavvy puppies, both now 14 weeks old, and just last night
I noticed that one of them had a slight limp. It doesn't seem to be
distressing her, but it is quite noticeable. Yesterday was only their second
day out walking, and I took them for two half hour walks...

paws (like a numbness or tingling that causes her to hop from foot to
foot for 10 - 15 min). The...

Ideas on best dog food by
[email protected]
I have done a little reading on dog foods and dog nutrition and I am a
little confused. I really don't know if one dog food is better than
another. I want to use the dry food because it is better for the teeth
and doesn't smell, but other than that I am seeing a lot of claims,
do's and don't that...
