When does a dog reach its maximum height?

I know, when it stops growing, but what I really want to know is,
generally speaking, at what age would a large breed dog (German shepherd
dog) reach its maximum height? Not weight, but height. thanks

A GSD will be reasonably close to its full height at a year,
though a better measure would be at 18 months or two years.
