New Jack Russell Website
I was searching around the net and found a new Jack Russell Website. It
doesn't look like it is complete yet but does have a bulletin board that you can use now. It says that it will be up in February. If you wanna check it out it is www.jrtlife.com |

I was searching around the net and found a new Jack Russell Website. It doesn't look like it is complete yet but does have a bulletin board that you can use now. It says that it will be up in February. If you wanna check it out it is www.jrtlife.com Well, Jason, I'm not sure why you want to misrepresent how you know about the website but it was a lousy idea. It shows you to be dishonest. It shows how little respect you have for the intelligence of the people you wish to visit your site. If you can't even honestly promote the site then why should anyone believe your claims about supporting JRT rescue? Your site is not properly designed for full access for people with disabilities. The changes you need to make to accomplish this are easy and elementary to good web writing and design. This collection of links should help you htp://www.dragonshire.net/full_access.html It is not good strategy to promote a site before it is ready. While every good site is under constant development site promotion should follow after the site is to the oint where its author says "Yes, this is the face I want to present. This is how I want people to think about my site." Early site promotion tends to reduce rather than increase web traffic because most people won't be intrigued, they will be disappointed. Try catching those exact same people when you have some substantial content to get them interested and involved. If you want return traffic you will need to give them a reason to bookmark your site and that means that there is something in it for them. It won't, BTW, be anything like breeder listings that cause people to bokmark. It will be articles and information they can use now. What will be your standards for accepting money from breeders? If you are truly supporting JRT rescue hopefully you won't be supporting the kinds of breeders who let their dogs end up in shelters and rescue. Diane Blackman http://www.dog-play.com/ethics.html |
