adopting a pet from a breeder not buying
i adopted a pug from a breeder and i realy dont understand how someone
can take a presciouse dog and breed it for 5 yrs and then not shed a tear when i adopted it but when i got the sweet girl home she could not even drink water because she is not use to haveing any she throws it up every time she drinks i have to give her little at a time but yet the women prided herself on how fat she was because she fed her table scraps so she is sooo fat she is misserable and cant breath and her teets hang to the floor and she still has milk due to haveing pupps 8wks ago that she is now selling for 1500 dollars but gave me the mom for free and the last thing she said to me before i took her was i hope you have her spayed and i said that you dont have to worry about!!! but first and formost she need to be healthy when it is done and that means being hydrated and looseing weight. But now she is soo happy she has never had a raw hide bone or treats and now all she does is play eat bones and sleep in her new bed.she is soo happy!! I would love to know how many more poaple have went through the same thing im going through i have been a rescue volunteer for 10 yrs and im soo sick of seeing these people do this it realy reeks havic on my nerves and i would love to hear some of your stories!! Thank you, wendi |
