Default Boston Terrier "Humping"

Hi i'm having a issue with my dog in july he'll be 1. He tries to hump me after he gets excitedly happy after we play. He nips me and then will try to hump my leg. He scratches me a lot and will try to hold on tighter. He's a male Boston Terrier. I've tried yelling sit and No! But tonight he listened and then tried to pee on my leg. Any advice or help please? On how to handle this situation
