I am currently searching for a female English Bulldog anywhere from
10-12 months old. Preferably from a Champion lineage.

The best way to find the above is to go to AKC conformation
shows and talk to people with dogs that you like at the show.

Also joining or at least calling the local bulldog club in
your area.

At least those are good starting points.

It won't end your search. It will actually just begin
your search. Most good breeders have a waiting list.
That is more or less rule of thumb. It is not in all
cases of good breeders. One thing is that often
breeders need to place or rehome a dog that didn't work
out in the show ring. They are typically young dogs
but not puppies. This is yet another avenue you
can investigate.
