Why not? Is the risk worth it? Have you read this?
http://www.dogsadversereactions.com/...ineDamage.html

............Yes I know all about VAS.

Do you not know that our pets can build immunity naturally and don't need
them given artificially?

..........not to rabies. Only 20% of racoons have a natural immunity to
rabies.
......It's all about assessing risk. Only I CAN DO that with my animals.
Don't lecture me.

Char likes to do that. Eventually you get tired of bothering to show her
more reputable web sites. She just quotes back the ones *she* likes that
they say * at you ad infinitum* the same stuff. She ignores all the ones
that disagree.

Pretty much they read, do not vaccinate your dogs and only raw feed them.
Giving her the more reputable sites is useless. She's only dangerous if
someone who knows little takes her for gospel.

I deleted most of her drivel because after 4 years, she's not worth the
effort.

m...
I know a lot of dogs that are vaccine free
that titer for rabies.

.............A lot? How many would that be? Would they get rabies if bitten
by a rabid animal? The rabies challenge is the ultimate test. Sure, you
can take that chance with your dog, but I'm not interested. I'd go through
a lot of dogs to get an immune competent one who had been exposed to just
the right amount of rabies virus to form immunity.
