Default New Boston Terrier

I have a new Boston Terrier, 10 months old, adopted from Animal Care & Control.
I brought him home. I already have two Pugs, a male and a female. He
immediately began "humping" the male dog and at times the female. The female
makes him stop, but the male, although strong, is not as strong as the new
Boston. This Boston is large for the breed. I've tried a squirt bottle, but if
he's REALLY into it, he won't stop, I have to take him by the scruff of the
neck and give him a time out in the kitchen. He's a sweet dog, LOVES to play
with toys and I see great potential in him. I need advice on what to do about
this. I'd really like this to work out. Any suggestions? Thank you!!
Gloria
