How Do I

My mother-in-law has a 11 month old Dachshund and he wants to lick you all
the time. It really drives you nuts. I have a Dachshund and she doesn't do
this. Does anyone know how to stop this? or is this a health problem, and
for such a young dog his breath is bad.
