Default How to care for very young stray puppy

Hi all,

I'm currently living abroad and just found a very young stray puppy.
Based on her looks and ability to walk I'd estimate she's about 4 weeks
old, but a malnourished 4 weeks at that (she looks like a 3 week old
puppy).

My question is about what to feed her. Dog food or puppy formula like
Esbilac simply isn't available here, and I've been reading that cow's
milk could dehydrate her. Our other dog (another female stray, this one
found at 8 weeks: apparently female puppies here get discarded so that
they won't grow up and give birth to more puppies.) gets mainly rice
and meat.

Any suggestions about food in particular and care in general would be
greatly appreciated.

Adam

This was shared with me:

Puppy formula
1 can evaporated milk
1 tbsp honey
2 cans water
1 tbsp
whipping cream
2 pkg knox gelatine
2 egg yolks
But that's for really baby puppies... Older pups can't process cow's
milk, although we've fed dogs more than their share of cottage cheese
with no ill effect...

Goats milk ...
