Default Dogs with smelly urine, is it the food?

Hello,

I switched my two dogs about 3 months ago to Iams Active Maturity dry dog
food. This summer I have really noticed that their urine smells extremely
bad. We have a very small city back yard and I can smell it when I'm out
there. I have never noticed this before when they were on their old food. Do
you think it is the Iams?? What would be causing this? Any suggestions

Both my dogs are large lab mixes 11 years old.

Thanks
Steve
