Default charlie horse type cramps

I have a 3 year old Pomeranian. She gets what looks and feels like charlie
horses in her front left leg. I can usually rub it out like a charlie horse. It
seems to happen most when the weather is damp.

The Vet checked and has ruled out arthritis and patella subluxion.
I've tried K9 aspirin and baby aspirin (per vet) and it hasn't helped.

Has anyone else had this problem come up?
Any sugestions on what might prevent it, or even what it could be?
I really hate to see her hurt, and I'm afraid to leave her home alone at all
for fear she will cramp and no one will be there to help her.
