Default Daschund with Myasthenia Gravis – advice needed!!

My mother’s 8 year old standard daschund contracted myasthenia gravis over Christmas. He was very ill at the beginning, but has turned a corner and is much better, but still on medication 4 times a day. However, she is more concerned now as his character and behaviour has completely changed. She would love to hear from anyone who has had a dog with myasthenia gravis, to discuss symptoms, and if anyone has experienced similar behavioural changes with their dogs. She has not received much after-care advice from the vet … and is desperate to hear from other dog owners who have gone through a similar experience that she is going through.
