Default Get my Dalmation to drink water?

We've a large Dalmatian that recently stopped drinking water. We've
tried quite a variety of things like rewarding him with a treat each
time he's drank over the last 2 days (once). added low-sodium chicken
broth...

The water is always fresh and the bowl clean.

It's getting quite serious. He produces virtually no saliva, his
urine is dark and cloudy, and he's vomiting as well. He's had to go
on a stiff bout of antibiotics for a UTI probably arising in part from
his dehydration.

Any suggestions?

Please don't tell me to confine the dog by the bowl until he drinks.

Yes, thanks. He was at the vet's (hence the antibiotics). One of the
instructions from the doc was to have him drink more water :P
