crate/housetraining
Dear folks,
We just got a new puppy. The book says to put him in a crate to housebreak him. My question is, how do you know whether the puppy is crying to get out of the crate or crying because he needs to go out for potty time? It says not to take him out of the crate if he's crying but we did that then he peed/pooped in half of the crate. What to do? Laura Watson |

Just as a general rule a puppy can only hold themselves 1 hour for each
month of age. So if your puppy is 2 months old take him out every 2 hours. As they get older he should be able to go longer the thing is to be consistent. Celeste wrote in message . com...
