The Perfect Dog my ASS

Anyone else horrified to see that Life Magazine insert in your newspaper
with the picture of the mutt on it claiming it to be "the perfect dog" with
the tagline "how the doodle became the new family pet".

I was so horrified that I threw the magazine in the garbage before I read
the article.

WTF are they thinking????????????????????????????????????????? Did they
consider speaking to anyone but an irresponsible breeder of mixed breeds out
for a buck before creating the article?

are indeed the perfect family pet. Doodle assures me, however, that
they put the picture of some other dog in the insert, because she looks
nothing like that dog...

What is really amazing is your response. It reeks of envy and ignorance. Judging by your use of terms like "wtf" and the excessive use of punctuation you lack proper breeding yourself. Do you realize there is no "pure" breed? All domesticated dogs are the result of engineering. Maybe a little research on your breed of choice is in ororder.

The fact remains the Doodle breeds are excellent pets. Ask any vet. We have owned many dogs, all of which were "pure bred" with papers. Most of those dogs were good dogs, but none as good as our Golden Doodle. He is smart, athletic and very loving.
