If the TX vet board doesn't revoke his license permanently they're a
bunch of dickless wimps. If you live in TX perhaps you'd like to give
them a piece of your mind. I'd say the FAX would be a good way to
communicate with them. Hope they have enough paper in the hopper.

I hope these people win their lawsuit, and he has to sell everything to
pay at least some of it. Then they can lock him in a cage with no
toilet or exercise and poke him with needles daily.

Every state has a licensing board. Check your vet out. If you see
something about your vet, ask them about it. Personally, I think these
boards are largely a bunch of good old boys who pick punishments
depending on who the perpetrator is and whether or not he's a member of
their "club". Like the AMA, they rarely do more than a slap on the wrist.

And always stay with your pet with they send him off to the next dimension.

Even better, question a diagnosis, get a second opinion and ask
questions. This poor dog would have been better served by having more
proactive owners.

It gets worse if you can stand to read it:

Arrest warrant for cruelty (for vet's own dog, who was euthanized after
another vet examined him):

Lawsuit:
http://media.nbcbayarea.com/document...e-petition.pdf

Sid's story from their legal beagle. I hope all the people who
witnessed the vet committing abuse will have the guts to step forward.
http://media.nbcbayarea.com/document...ory+of+Sid.pdf

Order of temporary suspension from TX vet board:
http://media.nbcbayarea.com/document...Suspension.pdf
Hearing was May 9th (yesterday).
Suspension continued though the "poor" doc said if he isn't as vet he's
nothing. Nothing it is doc. Did he expect people to feel sorry for
him?

I am agog that the owners of Sid left the dog for MONTHS at this clinic
for cold laser treatments. I have a dog getting these treatments for
back issues and it takes 5 minutes. It takes me 8 times longer to drive
there and back. How could they be this gullible? What's the price of
leaving all the decisions to someone else?

WHat a horror if the dog only had plugged anal glands to begin with.
They don't elucidate what the problem was, could have been anal fistula
or even anal gland tumor. If reports are true that the dog was
initially injured in the back at the clinic, well, what a scandal it all
is, from start to finish for all involved.

For that matter how could all those "supporters" of this vet be so
blind? Do they think he is a savior? He's a person, no more, no less.
Capable of doing bad as well as good. One doesn't cancel out the
other. Mistakes must be owned up to.

My guess is he has dementia issues, but that's no excuse for all those
involved to close their eyes and see nothing. One wonders if only the
people who were used to abuse worked for him. Thank doG for that vet
tech who woke up and called Sid's owners. She has balls the size of TX,
which, according to Texans, is mighty danged big.
