Default MinPin Feedback

Hi,

My neighbor ended up taking their pup to the vet, He actually called all the
pet stores in town and the answers were just as confusing or incomplete as I
found here. About half of the pet store girls said it is critical to get to
a vet now, the other half claimed it is normal and if continues for another
few weeks then the vet (for the period lasting 6 weeks) and for the skin
showing in some spots, that is also normal (as per the vet) so he paid near
60 bucks just for the vet to tell him his puppy is in heat and the skin
patches are related and normal.
This feedback is for knowledge sake only, if someone else asks similar
question, then you regulars can at least have somewhat of an answer instead
questioning the owners ability to own an animal.
