Default Wisconsin Puppy Mill

The mill from which our rescue came from was reported and did suffer some
penalties, but not enough to prevent him from expanding up to 3000 dogs
from 1600. The mill is located in Kingston, WI and goes by the name Puppy
Haven. Kingston is pretty far down the state, so the Milwaukee and Chicago
would be their market. We were just plain lucky to get our little bichon,
she is a 10-11 pounder; hopefully the number tatoos in her ears will
eventually fade.
