Default Passing clear liquid (NOT URINE)

We got our 10 week old German Shepherd X puppy on Sunday.
On Wednesday, we took her to have her "final" puppy vaccination.
As soon as we got her home, she developed diarrhea. Over the course of
the day, her diarrhea became increasingly watery and frequent. It got
to the stage where we were following her around the house, as she was
"going" literally every 5 minutes.
We took her to the vet yesterday. He checked her heart, felt her
stomach, took her temperature, and then gave her an injection and us
instructions to keep her on a diet of scrambled egg, plain boiled rice,
and boiled potatoes for 24 hours.
Early this morning, her stools were starting to firm up. Since then,
she has started to pass a clear water-like liquid from her rear end -
THIS IS NOT URINE - often while she is sleeping.
She is drinking and eating normally, and is just as lively and bouncy
as when we first brought her home.
Wewill be calling our vet first thing in the morning, but I was just
hoping someone here could give me some advice first so I can go "armed"
with some information.

Thanks in advance for any help you can give.

Dawn.

P.S: Thanks to your guesses on her breeding by the way - turns out she
is German Shepherd X Collie!
