Default Give me advice

I'd like to have your advice concerned with my Alsation dog.
She is female alsation and 11year old.
Under one of her breast ther is a lump .now Its becoming bigger and
bigger.
Sometimes it looks like skin-tight.Sometimes it has a little bit eased
of.
I can't resolved to undergo operation or not.Which way let her live
longer.
In my country,Myanmar ,ther is no specific operation room.Operation is
done inside clinic,on the table. Can she infected ?
so please let me know your advice ASAP.

It is not unusual for pets to have operations on the table in the U.S.

If everything is clean, she should not become infected.

Ask the vet if she can have some antibiotics after the operation.
