One thing to keep in mind is that you would be in the position of
responsible breeder in this situation. That is, if a pup doesn't work
out in one of the homes, it comes back to you, or you'd need to help
find another home for it.

Hopefully Sharon is more responsible than her brother? So that you
would have confidence in her recommendations for homes?
