If new neighbors moved in next to me, and started breeding dogs, I'd be
pissed.

Why don't you want the customers to have the ability to breed their puppies?
Personal Greed? GRs are so popular there can NEVER be enough on the planet.

Good luck with your breeding. It's comforting to know there is opportunity
for ignorant people like you and your husband to make extra beer money.
Selling the dogs on craigslist is one of your better ideas.
