Default TICK REMOVAL HELP!!!

I have an outside dog and he is now covered in ticks several in his
ears and they must really hurt. I have tried to get them with tweezers
but he will not lay still . All around his neck and upper back are
full as well. Can anyone tell me please how to get these little
buggers to let go without having to pull at them?

Please e-mail me @
as I am not good with finding my way around the groups.
Thanks Pam
