SENSE-Ation Harness
forgive me if there has already been a thread on these - been in absentia
lately. I am interested in trying one of these with the terror Toklat. http://www.softouchconcepts.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc? Screen=CTGY&Store_Code=SC&Category_Code=SH curious if anyone has firsthand experience with one? -- BethF, Anchorage, AK |

-- BethF, Anchorage, AK Actually, with hundreds. I posted here when they were new and got a lot of flack, so have shut-up about them since. They seem to reduce pulling with most dogs. Theories about why are varied. We have had a few dedicated pullers that still pull, but you have more control of the dog without putting pressure on the throat/trachea. Try one - I think you will be pleased. |

I am also looking for a gentle harness for my dog as he has to help me up sometimes and the harness we have judt does not fit he very well--he has a large chest but smaller neck. |

Tricia, with your endorsement i ordered two. I will post a review when they arrive. Concerned that a dog taught to pull in harness will pull in this harness! |

Linda, this harness is made to prevent a dog from pulling. perhaps a general use harness would be more appropriate? or...thinking that maybe the harness i recommended for scootering might be good - its nicely padded and fits many sizes of dogs: http://www.coldspotfeeds.com/product...er=40611&id1=2 42428245&idBasket= |
