What is this's mark's on my dog's bark
Cannot really help, but is it a bald patch? Is she a long coated dog?

Could it be ringworm or an allergy I would try bathing him in an
oatmeal based shampoo and rinsing him in a weak solution of cider vinegar to see if that helps. If no take him to the vet I have Maltese and one of them was forever scratching and I tried this and it seems to have worked. Your photo does not show up very clearly. -- Evelyn
