Default Oozing in my dog's ear- bee sting?

My Bichon Frise, Lacey, is 14 yrs old. Yesterday when she came in from
outside, she started to walk with her head tilted and shake it
fiercely from left to right. I noticed that her ear was oozing a
brown substance, and she yelped in pain when I tried to touch it.
There is a small spot under her ear that is swollen. I'm wondering if
she was stung by a bee?
