Can anyone give some advice?

My 2yr lab has taken to sniffing everywhere, non stop all around the
house. I mean non stop! A couple of weeks ago she was shaking her head
as if something was in her ears. I got some drops from the vet, but
she can't stop sniffing all around everywhere. The vat couldn't
understand it.

She doesn't seem too distressed, but is determined and has a far away
lok in her eyes- its as if she is on speed. She is also salivating
more than usual. I know her and this isn't normal so I am worried
there is more
to it.

Any ideas anyone?
