Coocoa shell garden mulch poisonous to dogs.
I have read that there was a warning in the Gardeners World magazine
that cocoa shell contains Theobrine which is poisonous to dogs. Death can occur very quickly, and in some cases has been reported within just a couple of hours of the dog consuming the shells. A safe alternative for garden mulch is bark. |
