The green-tripe discussion following Gwen's post and Alpha's on
nutrition lead into a long standing pursuit.
How do you reproduce the effects of stomach acid on vegetables? I've
wondered about soaking ground veggies in digestive enzymes before adding
them to your dogs' rations. Do you think that would increase the
availability of nutrients? What would you use to mimic the effects of
digestion?
