The last week or so, a dog has been coming on our property and driving
my dog nuts. He comes on the property and pisses all over and shits up
a storm. I have enough dog crap to clean up and don't need any more.
He comes at all times, day and night and makes my poor dog bark and
run around like a maniac.

The dog seems nice, but won't let me touch it. He also has a collar
on, but no tag. We have no animal warden where I live and there are
only three people on my long road and he belongs to none of them, so I
believe the dog is homeless. Besides the three home on my street,
there is no other home for a few miles. A call to the shelter, which
is 40 miles away proved totally fruitless.

What can I do to get this dog away from my property??
