Default Iteresting dog treat

I'm always on the lookout for dog treats that I think my GSD/Chow mix pup,
Dakota, will like. He's kind of a picky eater. I was at the store last
night and found a treat called "Frosty Paws." It's basically ice cream for
dogs. The box says its "high in quality protein" "fortified with vitamins
and minerals" "free of added sugar" and "free of artificial flavors or
colors." I was curious, so I bought some. It comes 4 servings to a box,
and all you do is turn the cup over and empty it into the dog dish. Dakota
stood there and licked his bowl for hours. He really likes the stuff. I
though it was interesting and just decided to share.
Hope everyone has a happy day!!!
Rae

The local Wegmans started carrying something called
"Dogsters." It's also a frozen dog goodie in a cup, but
it's not a big cup of frozen lard. Ingredients a
Water (yes, it's mostly water), dried cheddar cheese and
cheese, dried whey, maltodextrin, dried whey protein
concentrate, peanut butter prepared from unbleached peanuts,
carmel color, vegetable gums (guar, carrageenan). The dogs
love it as much as they love the Frosty Paws.

Instead of spending money on frosty paws, I freeze yogurt and give them that.
Banana is their favorite.

There are some homemade frosty paws recipes out there somewhere, google for
them!
