next chapter in the neighborhood dog wars
I last reported that I'd seen the lady who promised to have her dog put
down outside with a dog but wasn't sure if it was the same dog or a new one. I have the full story now. He's a new one. Apparently the woman whose dog was attacked went up to them. The new dog, Rocky, was all friendly and waggy butt, but his owner rebuked him with the leash. She explained that his previous owner had rewarded that behavior, but she's trying to train it out of him. She says this dog will be kept on a leash at all times even in the back yard and not trained to the invisible fence. The other neighbors are talking about selling their houses. They don't know what else to do. --Lia |
