Tired
I am officially sick and tired of the rain. It's wonderful for my garden, especially my new roses, but I've had it. For the past 2 days, 3 times a day, I've been taking the dogs out. Where we go doesn't matter. The dogs end up completely wet and filthy. I end up soaked, with mud all the way up to my ankles. When we get home, both dogs need to be cleaned up, and by the time they're done, I need a bath myself. My ordinarily sweet smelling dogs both have that wet dog smell about them. I feel like the whole house stinks, not to mention my clothes. Sorry for venting, folks. Haven't seen the sun in at least two days, and I'm getting cranky. Being cold and wet, seemingly all the time, doesn't help in the sunny disposition department either. Suja |
