Default Water in the ear?

Sometimes it appears that my yellow lab gets water in his ears while
swimming, esp after diving off the boat. It seems to bother him and he
scoots across the rug trying to rub his ear. Are there any drops that
can be used to dry this up. Do you think you can use human formula drops
for swimmers ear?
Thanks

Maybe it's all too simple, for our big brains to figure out...
What it the hokey pokey is really what it's all about? JB
