I found a brand new way! I was mixing up the recipe for Mill's Magic
Mix, a plant fertilizer formula, and the whole process had Ms. Nosey
Parker completely enthralled. It contains fish meal, blood meal, bone
meal and alfalfa (among other things), and needless to say, she thought
that I was mixing up this great batch of yummy treats for her. She kept
her nose *this* close to the stuff I was pouring, tried to lick up the
empty packages, and when all else failed, sat like a good girl and
drooled on it. She was so hopeful, following me around as I went from
plant to plant, feeding them, hoping that I would give her the
"leftovers" when I was done.

Right now, there is a very disappointed dog at my feet, who must've
decided that I am the ultimate meany pants. It's gonna get worse when
they find out that there is nothing keeping the foxes from eating the
stuff they can't.
