Default Dogs picking up bad behavior from other dogs?

Is there concern for a well-trained housebroken adult dog to spend
time with young dogs that are not housebroken and have possibly other
behavioral problems? Is it common for an adult dog (with several
years of excellent behavior) to pick up bad habits of other dogs when
you are babysitting someone else's puppy/dog?

Just wondering what people's thoughts were on this. Thanks very much.
