From: (Erin)
As a dog owner myself, I was worried and decided to search the internet for more information on this subject. I even went to the Swiffer.com website, and the claim posted said that Swiffer Wet Cloths and Wet Jet liquid solution cleaners do not contain antifreeze or any ingredient similar to it. In fact, all Swiffer products are safe to use around pets. That same site said ASPCA members confirmed Swiffer's safety. All you petowners should check out the site. And you quoted all of those lines of Jerry Howe drivel because?!?!!?!? Janet Boss http://bestfriendsdogobedience.com/ http://photos.yahoo.com/bestfriendsobedience |

Antifreeze is just as harmful/poisonous to humans. Unlikely that a major company (tho' it has probably happened) would put a mainstream product on the market without LOTS of loud and long disclaimers given the litigious society we live in today. snip the rest of the inane ambling frothing at the mouth crap On another note of little interest to anyone but me, I've only been checking this ng out for the last week or so, and I've already killfiled one "contributor" in particular. Not to name names, but just curious; is this behavior typical of all his/her posts? Wow. Seen similar drivel in other ng's but just amazed at how ridiculous (and prolific) this one seems to be. Oh well, that's what a killfile is for. BTW: 2 shelties (brothers). Great dogs. |
