Default New House, new potty area

We are currently getting ready to move to a new home and are anxious for our
dogs to enjoy the new backyard. I am hoping for some advice in training our
dogs to go to the bathroom in one area. In our old house, we have a very,
very small backyard; so the dogs have no choice but to poop and pee wherever
they want. I would like to keep our backyard nice and poop free, so that we
can entertain and not worry about our guests stepping in something. How
can I train my two Shar-pei's to poop in one area?

Thanks!

Mary
