Okay, for anyone who cares - but mostly because if I tell you then I can
forget it again.........I finally got a clarification on what I thought I
heard.

It's not exactly a museum that my dad mentioned in Fells Point. It's the
Fells Point/Federal Hill Preservation Society. They have a tourist trap
shop on Ann Street. I assume that his volunteer work is behind the scenes
and not at the shop itself. (But, then again, I *didn't* get clarification
on that. Just thinking that my dad would make a very bad sales clerk for
tourists.)

And the naval battles that he had told me about was that everyone knows
about the 1814 Defense of Fort McHenry (probably because of that song) but
no one, even Baltimorons, know about the Battle of Baltimore. Which he
claims was much more important and dramatic.

There. I know you were all waiting with bated breath. You may breathe
normally now.
